Question 1

1. Is APLB Glutathione Niacinamide Cleansing Balm available in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is available at koreanshopbd.com with Cash on Delivery across Dhaka and all districts nationwide. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm current stock before ordering.

Question 2

2. What does glutathione do when used in a cleansing balm?

Accepted Answer

Glutathione is a powerful intracellular antioxidant that neutralises the free radicals and oxidative stress responsible for melanin overproduction and skin dullness. At 100ppm in this formula, its antioxidant activity works at the cleansing stage, so the skin begins each routine in a more radiant, less oxidised state.

Question 3

3. Is this cleansing balm safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it is fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and formulated with Centella 3X Complex and Tea Tree Leaf Extract that actively calm and protect reactive skin during cleansing. The absence of added fragrance and the use of gentle plant-derived emulsifiers make it one of the more inclusive cleansing balms for daily sensitive skin use.

Question 4

4. How does the balm-to-oil-to-milk texture work?

Accepted Answer

Massaged onto dry skin, the solid balm melts into a lightweight oil that surrounds and lifts makeup, sunscreen, and sebum from the pore surface. When water is added, it emulsifies into a milky rinse that carries all dissolved impurities away cleanly without leaving an oily residue on the skin.

Question 5

5. Can I use this as both my makeup remover and cleanser?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it is designed to function as a first-step double-cleanse product that removes makeup and sunscreen thoroughly enough to replace a separate remover step. For those not wearing heavy makeup, it can be used as a standalone daily cleanser followed directly by toner and serum.

Question 6

6. Does this cleansing balm leave the skin feeling dry after rinsing?

Accepted Answer

No — the HOSO CLEAR OIL 4X Complex of Sunflower, Olive, Jojoba, and Evening Primrose oils replenishes the skin barrier during cleansing, and Hydrolyzed Collagen provides an immediate moisturising effect post-rinse. Most users report skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated immediately after washing.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
