Korean Shop Bangladesh is a retailer of authentic Korean skincare products. We sell original Korean skincare products online at koreanshopbd.com and at our physical store (Shop 1075-76, 1st Floor, Shimanto Shombhar Shopping Complex, Dhanmondi-2, Dhaka 1205). All products sold through our website and store are sourced from verified Korean suppliers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using koreanshopbd.com or purchasing products from our Dhanmondi store, including browsing the website, buying products, or placing orders, you agree to these terms and any future updates or changes.

Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All orders are subject to review, approval, and product availability.
• Product prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice due to promotions, supply conditions, or market changes.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Full payment must be made at the time of receiving the product.
• Payments can also be made through bKash, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods.
• Direct cash payment is accepted at our Dhanmondi store.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Deliveries within Dhaka are typically completed within 1-2 days.
• Deliveries outside Dhaka may take 3-5 days, depending on the location.
• Delivery charges may vary based on the shipping address and type of service.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may change due to stock availability, logistics delays, or other factors.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Korean Shop Bangladesh is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Korean Shop Bangladesh accepts returns and refunds in the following cases:

• The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos
• If a return is approved, the customer can choose either a full refund or an exchange
• If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping
• Products can also be returned directly to our Dhanmondi store to avoid shipping costs
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Sheet masks and single-use products cannot be returned once opened

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled while they are in Pending status.
• Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation is not possible.
• To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

7. Product Information & Accuracy

• We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, and descriptions on the website.
• However, product color, texture, or packaging may differ slightly due to screen variations and brand updates.
• If any product information is found to be incorrect, we reserve the right to correct it.

8. Limitation of Liability

৩. অর্ডার, মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট (Orders, Pricing & Payment) 

• সব অর্ডার পর্যালোচনা, অনুমোদন এবং পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল।

• ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের মূল্য প্রমোশন, সরবরাহ পরিস্থিতি বা বাজার পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) সারাদেশে পাওয়া যায়। পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

• বিকাশ, নগদ এবং অন্যান্য অনুমোদিত মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পদ্ধতিতেও পেমেন্ট করা যায়।

• ধানমন্ডি আউটলেটে সরাসরি ক্যাশ পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করা হয়।

৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি (Shipping & Delivery) 

• ঢাকার ভেতরে ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ১-২ দিনের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়।

• ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি ৩-৫ দিন সময় নিতে পারে, এলাকা ভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

• ডেলিভারি চার্জ অর্ডারের ঠিকানা ও সেবার ধরন অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

• প্রদত্ত ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক, যা স্টক, লজিস্টিক বিলম্ব বা অন্যান্য কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

• গ্রাহকদের সঠিক শিপিং তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল ঠিকানার কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থ হলে Korean Shop Bangladesh দায়ী থাকবে না।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি (Return & Refund Policy) 

Korean Shop Bangladesh নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড অনুমোদন করে:

• পণ্য ড্যামেজড, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে।

• পণ্য পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ছবিসহ আমাদের জানালে।

• রিটার্ন অনুমোদন হলে গ্রাহক রিফান্ড অথবা এক্সচেঞ্জ, যেকোনো একটি বেছে নিতে পারবেন।

• আমাদের ভুলে পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পাঠানো হলে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ আমরা বহন করব। অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ বহন করতে হবে।

• ধানমন্ডি আউটলেটে সরাসরি পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যায়, যার ফলে শিপিং খরচ লাগে না।

• শিট মাস্ক এবং একবার ব্যবহারযোগ্য পণ্য খোলার পর রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।

• পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, খোলা হয়নি এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকলে।

৬. অর্ডার বাতিল (Order Cancellation) 

• অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র Pending স্ট্যাটাসে থাকলে বাতিল করা যাবে।

• অর্ডার প্রসেসিং বা শিপমেন্ট শুরু হয়ে গেলে বাতিল করা সম্ভব নয়।

• অর্ডার বাতিলের জন্য যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

৭. পণ্যের তথ্য ও সঠিকতা (Product Information & Accuracy) 

• আমরা ওয়েবসাইটে পণ্যের সঠিক তথ্য, ছবি এবং বিবরণ দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি।

• তবে পণ্যের রঙ, টেক্সচার বা প্যাকেজিং স্ক্রিনের ধরন এবং ব্র্যান্ডের আপডেটের কারণে কিছুটা ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
