Question 1

1. Is APLB Panthenol Retinol Ampoule Serum available in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is available at koreanshopbd.com with Cash on Delivery across Dhaka and all districts nationwide. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm current stock before ordering.

Question 2

2. What is the PANTHE RETIN CEN™ complex?

Accepted Answer

PANTHE RETIN CEN™ is APLB's patented combination of Retinol, Panthenol, and Centella Asiatica Leaf Water, present at 36.5% concentration in this serum. The three ingredients are designed to work in tandem — Retinol drives skin renewal, Panthenol repairs and hydrates the barrier, and Centella Asiatica soothes inflammation — so the anti-aging action of retinol is supported rather than undermined by simultaneous barrier disruption.

Question 3

3. Is this serum suitable for retinol beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the inclusion of Panthenol and Centella Asiatica alongside Retinol, combined with a fragrance-free and 9-irritant-free formula, makes this one of the gentler retinol serums available. Starting with every other night and gradually increasing to nightly use is still recommended as a best practice for all retinol users.

Question 4

4. Can I use this serum during the day?

Accepted Answer

Retinol is a UV-sensitive ingredient and is best used at night. If daytime use is unavoidable, apply broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher as the final skincare step. Daily sunscreen use is strongly recommended when using any retinol product.

Question 5

5. How long before I see results from this serum?

Accepted Answer

Visible improvement in fine lines and skin texture typically begins around 4 to 6 weeks of consistent nightly use. Pore refinement and elasticity improvements continue to develop over 8 to 12 weeks, as retinol works cumulatively rather than immediately.

Question 6

6. Can I layer this serum with other actives?

Accepted Answer

Avoid using this with other exfoliating actives like AHA, BHA, or Vitamin C in the same evening routine, as the combination can increase irritation risk. Pair it instead with a gentle hydrating toner, this serum, and a barrier-supportive moisturizer for the most effective and comfortable nightly routine.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
