Question 1

1. Is the CELIMAX Pore+ Dark Spot Brightening Cream Mask available in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is available at koreanshopbd.com at ৳1800 for the 4ea set, with COD delivery across Dhaka and all districts. Message the team on Facebook or Instagram to check current stock before ordering.

Question 2

2. How does this mask reduce dark spots?

Accepted Answer

Tranexamic Acid blocks the signals that trigger excess melanin production, while Niacinamide stops melanin from reaching the surface layers of skin. Together, they reduce existing spots and help prevent new ones from forming with regular use.

Question 3

3. Is this mask safe for oily and acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the formula has no fragrance, no harsh alcohol, and no parabens, and the cream texture does not clog pores or leave a heavy film. The Niacinamide in the formula also helps regulate sebum, which makes it suitable for oily and breakout-prone skin types.

Question 4

4. What is Melazero V2 in this mask?

Accepted Answer

Melazero V2 is a proprietary brightening complex used by CELIMAX that works alongside Tranexamic Acid and Niacinamide to reduce melanin activity in the skin. It adds a third pathway for targeting dark spots, making the brightening action of this mask more thorough.

Question 5

5. How often should I use this cream mask?

Accepted Answer

Two to three times a week is enough for most people. Using it more often than that is not necessary since the ceramide and hyaluronic acid complex needs time to build up the skin barrier between treatments.

Question 6

6. Can I use this mask if I have sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it is free from fragrance, parabens, silicones, and harsh alcohols, and the ceramide complex actively supports the skin barrier rather than disrupting it. Most sensitive skin types can use it without irritation, though a patch test on the inner arm is always a good first step with any new product.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
