Question 1

1. Is the Eqqualberry Purple Rice Pore Purifying Pack Cleanser available in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is available at koreanshopbd.com with Cash on Delivery across Dhaka and all districts nationwide. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm current stock before ordering.

Question 2

2. How do I use this cleanser as a clay mask versus a daily face wash?

Accepted Answer

As a daily cleanser, lather a small amount on wet hands, massage onto a damp face, and rinse off thoroughly. As a clay mask, apply a generous layer directly to dry skin, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse off for a stronger purifying effect.

Question 3

3. What does the Purple Rice Complex do for the skin?

Accepted Answer

Purple Rice Extract and Purple Rice Water deliver antioxidant-rich nutrients to the skin that help prevent pore enlargement and improve surface texture over time. Black Rice Powder acts as a gentle physical exfoliant that buffs away dead skin cells without the abrasiveness of conventional scrub particles.

Question 4

4. What are the 6 types of clay used in this cleanser?

Accepted Answer

The formula includes Kaolin, Bentonite, Illite, Sea Silt, Canadian Colloidal Clay, and Manicouagan Clay — each with a distinct pore size affinity and sebum absorption capacity. Together, they create a comprehensive clay network that draws out impurities from multiple skin depths simultaneously.

Question 5

5. Will this cleanser dry out my skin?

Accepted Answer

No, the formula includes Ceramide NP, Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol, and Allantoin to replenish moisture and protect the skin barrier during and after cleansing. The calming complex of Tea Tree, Centella Asiatica, and Houttuynia further ensures the skin feels soothed and comfortable rather than tight after rinsing.

Question 6

6. How often should I use this cleanser as a pack mask?

Accepted Answer

Using it as a wash-off clay mask 1 to 2 times per week is recommended for most skin types, with daily use reserved for the standard foam cleanser mode. Those with very sensitive skin should start with once-weekly mask use and increase as tolerated.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
