Question 1

1. Is Farm Stay Citrus Yuja Vitalizing Ampoule available in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is available at koreanshopbd.com with Cash on Delivery across Dhaka and all districts nationwide. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm current stock before ordering.

Question 2

2. What makes Yuja extract better than regular Vitamin C in a serum?

Accepted Answer

Yuja (Citrus Junos) contains approximately three times the Vitamin C of lemon, along with Hesperidin and other bioflavonoids that enhance antioxidant activity and reduce the likelihood of irritation compared to synthetic ascorbic acid. This makes it a gentler but still effective brightening option for daily use on all skin types.

Question 3

3. Can this ampoule help with dark spots and pigmentation?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the combination of Yuja extract and Niacinamide targets pigmentation from two angles: Yuja's Vitamin C limits melanin production while Niacinamide reduces the transfer of melanin to the skin's surface. Consistent use over 4 to 8 weeks typically produces a visible reduction in dark spots and improved evenness.

Question 4

4. What is Hippophae Rhamnoides and why is it in this ampoule?

Accepted Answer

Hippophae Rhamnoides is the botanical name for Sea Buckthorn, an antioxidant-dense fruit extract rich in Vitamins A, C, and E, fatty acids, and carotenoids. In this formula, it strengthens the skin barrier, supports skin repair, and adds an additional layer of antioxidant protection alongside the Yuja and multi-citrus complex.

Question 5

5. Is this ampoule suitable for oily and acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Niacinamide actively regulates sebum production and reduces enlarged pore appearance, while the lightweight, non-greasy gel texture absorbs quickly without congesting pores. The formula is also free from harsh alcohols, parabens, and silicones.

Question 6

6. When in my skincare routine should I apply this ampoule?

Accepted Answer

Apply it after toner and before moisturiser — take an appropriate amount, spread it evenly across the face, and gently pat to aid absorption. It can be used both morning and evening as part of a daily brightening routine.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
