Question 1

1. Is the LANEIGE Glaze Craze Lip Serum on koreanshopbd.com authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all LANEIGE products listed on koreanshopbd.com are sourced from authorized suppliers. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm stock availability before placing your order.

Question 2

2. What does "95% skincare ingredients" mean in this lip serum?

Accepted Answer

It means that 95% of the formula by composition consists of active skincare ingredients — including peptides, ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and polyglutamic acid — rather than the waxes, pigments, and slip agents that make up the majority of most conventional lip glosses. This distinguishes it as a functional treatment product rather than a purely cosmetic one.

Question 3

3. What is Polyglutamic Acid, and why is it in a lip product?

Accepted Answer

Polyglutamic Acid is a fermentation-derived humectant that attracts and holds moisture on the skin surface, with a moisture-retaining capacity reported to be significantly higher than that of standard hyaluronic acid. In a lip serum context, it creates a water-binding film on the lips that sustains hydration throughout the day rather than evaporating quickly as some lightweight humectants do.

Question 4

4. What does the Raspberry Jam shade look like on the lips?

Accepted Answer

Raspberry Jam is a vibrant, sheer red tint that reads as a lively, juicy red on the lips with a high-shine gloss finish — bright enough to make a statement as a standalone product but sheer enough that it does not require precise application or liner to look intentional. The colour is buildable, intensifying with additional layers for those who prefer a more saturated finish.

Question 5

5. What is the donut applicator and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

The donut applicator is a uniquely shaped, cushion-tipped wand designed to match the rounded silhouette of the lip line, distributing product evenly across both the centre and the edges of the lips without needing to drag or press hard. Its plush, pillow-like feel is intentionally gentle — handle it carefully and avoid excessive pressure, as the applicator can deform with rough use.

Question 6

6. Can I wear this lip serum alone or does it need to be layered?

Accepted Answer

Raspberry Jam is designed to be fully wearable as a standalone product, delivering both colour and shine in a single coat. It can also be layered over a lip liner for more defined edges, applied on top of a matte tint to add gloss, or built up with additional coats for a deeper, more saturated red.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
