Question 1

1. Is this Kundal body wash authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all Objet by Kundal products on koreanshopbd.com are sourced directly from authorized suppliers. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to verify before ordering.

Question 2

2. What is LHA and PHA and why are they in a body wash?

Accepted Answer

LHA (Capryloyl Salicylic Acid) and PHA (Gluconolactone) are gentle chemical exfoliants that loosen dead skin cells on the body surface without the abrasion of a physical scrub. They improve skin texture and smoothness gradually with daily use and are suitable even for sensitive skin types.

Question 3

3. What does Resveratrol do for body skin?

Accepted Answer

Resveratrol is a plant-derived antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals caused by UV exposure and pollution, which are common triggers of dull and uneven skin. Regular use supports a brighter, healthier-looking complexion across the body over time.

Question 4

4. What does the Naked Water scent smell like?

Accepted Answer

Naked Water is a soft, clean, and subtly musky fragrance — light enough for everyday use and gender-neutral in character. It is one of the more understated scent options in the Objet by Kundal range, designed for those who prefer a quiet, skin-like warmth rather than a heavy floral or sweet fragrance.

Question 5

5. Is this body wash safe for dry or sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the formula is built on mild surfactants and enriched with five natural oils and a fermented ingredient to protect moisture balance during cleansing. PHA is one of the gentlest exfoliating acids and is specifically considered appropriate for reactive and sensitive skin types.

Question 6

6. Can I use this body wash every day?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is formulated for daily use. The LHA and PHA concentrations are mild enough for everyday cleansing without causing over-exfoliation or dryness, especially when followed by a body lotion or cream.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days with COD available.
