Question 2

What is Ulleungdo Deep Sea Water and why is it used in this cleanser?

Accepted Answer

Ulleungdo Deep Sea Water is sourced from 5,000 feet below the East Sea near one of Korea's most remote and unpolluted islands, and contains over 72 trace minerals including magnesium, calcium, and zinc. These minerals help balance the skin's moisture levels during cleansing and prevent the over-stripping effect that most foaming cleansers cause.

Question 3

What does Decyl Glucoside do in a cleanser?

Accepted Answer

Decyl Glucoside is a plant-derived surfactant made from coconut and glucose that lifts sebum and impurities from the skin surface without disrupting the natural pH or barrier. It is widely used in Korean gentle cleansers because it creates a protective film over the skin that reduces friction and redness during washing.

Question 4

Why does this cleanser contain 5 types of Ceramide?

Accepted Answer

Different ceramide types (NP, NS, AP, AS, EOP) occupy distinct positions within the skin's outer lipid layer, and using all five together more accurately mimics the barrier's natural composition than a single-ceramide formula. This multi-ceramide approach allows the cleanser to actively restore barrier integrity at each wash rather than simply avoiding damage.

Question 5

Is this cleanser safe for daily use on sensitive or eczema-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the hypoallergenic formula is designed for daily AM and PM use on sensitive and reactive skin types. The combination of gentle Decyl Glucoside surfactant, barrier-replenishing ceramides, and Allantoin makes it one of the safer everyday cleanser options for those with chronic skin sensitivity.

Question 6

Can I use this as a standalone cleanser without double cleansing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for days without heavy makeup or sunscreen, this cleansing milk is effective enough to use as a single cleanse. On days with SPF or full-coverage makeup, pairing it as the second step after an oil cleanser ensures the most thorough result.

Question 7

How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
