Question 3

How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.

Question 4

What is a cleansing balm and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

A cleansing balm is a solid or semi-solid first cleanser that melts into an oil when massaged onto dry skin. It dissolves oil-based impurities like makeup and sunscreen through the like-dissolves-like principle, then emulsifies with water and rinses away cleanly without stripping the skin.

Question 5

Is a cleansing balm better than a cleansing oil for daily use?

Accepted Answer

Both work similarly, but cleansing balms are generally easier to control during application and feel less slippery. The Tenzero balm format also reduces the risk of product dripping into the eyes — a common issue with liquid cleansing oils.

Question 6

Does the collagen in this cleansing balm actually benefit the skin?

Accepted Answer

Hydrolyzed collagen in a rinse-off product provides short-term surface conditioning and softening during the cleanse. While it does not permanently rebuild skin collagen, it leaves the skin noticeably softer and less tight after rinsing compared to standard balm cleansers without collagen.

Question 7

Can I use this as my only cleanser or do I need a second step?

Accepted Answer

For light daily use without heavy makeup, this balm can work alone. However, for full makeup, waterproof SPF, or sebum-heavy skin, it is recommended to follow with a gentle foam or gel cleanser as the second cleanse to ensure the skin is fully clean before the rest of your routine.
