Question 1

1. Is The YEON Vita7 Energy Peeling Gel on koreanshopbd.com authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all The YEON products listed on koreanshopbd.com are sourced from authorized suppliers. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm availability before placing your order.

Question 2

2. What is the difference between a peeling gel and a regular face scrub?

Accepted Answer

A scrub uses fixed abrasive particles that physically grind against the skin surface, which can cause micro-tears with aggressive use, especially on sensitive or acne-prone skin. A peeling gel like the Vita7 uses a combination of cellulose fibers that only activate when massaged and chemical exfoliants that dissolve dead cell bonds, giving a more controlled and considerably gentler result.

Question 3

3. What is Hallabong and why is it used in this peeling gel?

Accepted Answer

Hallabong is a premium variety of Korean tangerine grown exclusively on Jeju Island, valued in skincare for its exceptionally high concentration of citrus vitamins — particularly Vitamin C and related antioxidants — which contribute to brightening and protecting the skin against oxidative damage. In the Vita7 formula, it serves as the source of the seven-vitamin complex that nourishes skin simultaneously with the exfoliation step.

Question 4

4. What does AHA do versus BHA in a peeling gel?

Accepted Answer

AHA — alpha hydroxy acid — works on the skin's surface to break the bonds between dead skin cells and reveal brighter, smoother skin underneath, making it particularly effective for dullness, uneven tone, and dry texture. BHA — beta hydroxy acid — is oil-soluble and penetrates into the pore lining to dissolve sebum and dead cell debris from inside, making it the more relevant exfoliant for blackheads, enlarged pores, and congestion-prone skin.

Question 5

5. How is this peeling gel used on dry skin rather than wet skin?

Accepted Answer

Applying the gel to dry or very lightly dampened skin — rather than fully wet skin — allows the cellulose fibers to maintain enough friction to physically sweep away dead cells when massaged. On completely wet skin, the fibers slip without enough contact to activate the mechanical exfoliation, and the gel rinses away before the AHA and BHA have adequate dwell time to work effectively.

Question 6

6. How often should I use The YEON Vita7 Energy Peeling Gel?

Accepted Answer

Once or twice per week is suitable for most skin types, with sensitive skin benefiting from starting at once weekly to assess tolerance before increasing frequency. The presence of Panthenol and Centella Asiatica in the formula provides post-exfoliation soothing that makes it more forgiving than single-acid peels used at similar frequencies.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
