Question 1

1. Is APLB AHA BHA PHA Centella Facial Cream available in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is available at koreanshopbd.com with Cash on Delivery across Dhaka and all districts nationwide. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm current stock before ordering.

Question 2

2. How does a cream with AHA BHA PHA work differently from an acid toner?

Accepted Answer

In a cream format, the acid concentrations are calibrated for continuous low-level exfoliation throughout the day rather than the concentrated single-dose activity of a toner or pad product. This makes the exfoliation gentler, more consistent, and far less likely to cause the dryness or sensitivity that higher-dose acid toners can trigger with daily use.

Question 3

3. What does the Centella 3x Complex do in this cream?

Accepted Answer

The Centella 3x Complex isolates the three most active compounds from Centella Asiatica — Madecassic Acid, Asiaticoside, and Asiatic Acid — and delivers them at targeted concentrations rather than relying on whole-plant extract alone. Together, they reduce redness, accelerate skin barrier repair, and calm the mild inflammation that chemical exfoliation can produce.

Question 4

4. Is this cream safe for daily use on sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the formula is fragrance-free, safety-rated at cosmetic ingredient grades 1 to 2, and built around a 25.8% Centella Asiatica base specifically to offset the sensitivity risk of the acid complex. Starting with once-daily evening use and building to twice-daily as skin adjusts is recommended for those new to acid-based moisturisers.

Question 5

5. Can I use this cream in the morning and at night?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is designed as a last-step daily moisturiser for both AM and PM use. In the morning, always follow with a broad-spectrum SPF 50 or higher sunscreen, as AHA increases photosensitivity and unprotected sun exposure will reduce the exfoliant's effectiveness and risk irritation.

Question 6

6. Does this replace a separate exfoliating toner in my routine?

Accepted Answer

For most skin types, yes — the triple-acid system delivers equivalent daily exfoliation to a mild acid toner while also moisturising the skin. Those using a high-strength acid treatment separately should avoid layering both on the same evening to prevent over-exfoliation.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
