Question 3

How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.

Question 4

Can I use this cream if I have never used AHA or BHA before?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but start with evening use only for the first two weeks to allow the skin to adjust to the triple acid formula. Apply a thin layer and always follow with SPF the next morning without exception.

Question 5

Will this cream purge my skin initially?

Accepted Answer

Some users experience a short purging phase of 1 to 2 weeks when starting a new acid-based product, as the accelerated cell turnover brings congestion to the surface faster. This is temporary and typically resolves into clearer skin within the first month of consistent use.

Question 6

Can I use this with a separate niacinamide serum or vitamin C?

Accepted Answer

Use vitamin C in the morning and apply this cream in the evening to avoid potential interaction with the acids. A niacinamide serum can be layered before this cream in the evening routine without conflict.
