Question 1

1. Is the Dabo Rice Peeling Gel on koreanshopbd.com authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all Dabo products listed on koreanshopbd.com are sourced from authorized suppliers. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm stock before placing your order.

Question 2

2. What is a peeling gel and how is it different from a scrub or toner?

Accepted Answer

A peeling gel is a rinse-off exfoliator that uses ingredients like Cellulose to physically bind to and roll away loosened dead skin cells when massaged on the skin, rather than dissolving them chemically like an AHA toner or abrading them with gritty particles like a scrub. This makes it one of the gentlest exfoliation formats available, with a visible rolling action that gives immediate tactile feedback on how much surface buildup has been removed.

Question 3

3. What does Rice Bran Water do for the skin?

Accepted Answer

Rice Bran Water is a nutrient-dense extract from the outer layer of the rice grain that carries natural antioxidants, including ferulic acid, gamma-oryzanol, and vitamin E forms, which help neutralize free radicals that cause dullness and uneven pigmentation. Regular skin contact with rice bran actives supports a progressively brighter, more even complexion and helps protect the skin barrier from oxidative stress caused by sun exposure and pollution.

Question 4

4. Is this peeling gel safe to use on sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Cellulose-based exfoliation mechanism is significantly gentler than acid exfoliants or abrasive scrubs, and Allantoin — a recognized skin-calming agent — actively soothes the barrier during and after use. Those with reactive skin should still avoid applying the gel to areas of active irritation, broken skin, or open blemishes, and should start with once-weekly use to assess tolerance.

Question 5

5. Do I use this on dry or wet skin?

Accepted Answer

The Dabo Rice Peeling Gel works best on clean, dry, or very lightly dampened skin after cleansing. Applying it to overly wet skin dilutes the formula and reduces the rolling and clustering action of the Cellulose, making the exfoliation noticeably less effective. Pat the face mostly dry after cleansing before applying.

Question 6

6. How often should I use this peeling gel?

Accepted Answer

Once or twice a week is appropriate for most skin types to remove accumulated dead skin cells and keep the complexion consistently bright without over-exfoliating. Those with thicker or more congested skin may use it up to three times per week, while those with fine or sensitive skin should start with once weekly and adjust based on how the skin responds.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
