Question 1

1. Is MEDICUBE Kojic Acid Turmeric Brightening Body Wash available in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is available at koreanshopbd.com with Cash on Delivery across Dhaka and all districts nationwide. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm current stock before ordering.

Question 2

2. How does Kojic Acid work to brighten skin?

Accepted Answer

Kojic Acid blocks tyrosinase — the enzyme that triggers melanin production in the skin — which slows down the formation of new dark spots and gradually reduces the visibility of existing pigmentation over consistent daily use. It is most effective on areas of friction-related darkening, like underarms, knees, and inner thighs.

Question 3

3. Can I use this body wash daily?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is formulated for daily use with a gentle surfactant base that cleans without over-stripping moisture. The micro-gel-to-bubble texture cleanses effectively while maintaining the skin's hydration balance so it does not feel dry or tight after rinsing.

Question 4

4. Will this body wash help with dark spots on my back and underarms?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the combination of Kojic Acid and Niacinamide at meaningful concentrations (200 ppm and 20,000 ppm, respectively) specifically targets body pigmentation in high-friction zones. Results are gradual and build with daily use, with visible improvement typically appearing within 4 to 6 weeks.

Question 5

5. Does this body wash also help with body acne and bumpy skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Salicylic Acid (BHA) in the formula provides gentle chemical exfoliation by dissolving sebum and dead cell buildup inside the pore, which helps reduce body breakouts, rough texture, and follicular congestion on areas like the back, chest, and shoulders.

Question 6

6. Should I use sunscreen while using this body wash?

Accepted Answer

Using SPF on exposed skin is recommended when using Kojic Acid regularly. Without daily sunscreen, UV exposure can trigger additional melanin production that works against the brightening benefits — particularly for areas like arms and legs that receive direct sun.

Question 7

7. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
