Question 1

Is Dr. Althea Green Relief Amino Gel Cleanser available in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is available at koreanshopbd.com with Cash on Delivery across Dhaka and all districts nationwide. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm current stock before ordering.

Question 2

What makes an amino acid cleanser different from a regular face wash?

Accepted Answer

Amino acid surfactants are structurally similar to the skin's own proteins, which allows them to cleanse effectively while causing significantly less disruption to the skin barrier than conventional sulfate-based surfactants. The result is a thorough clean that leaves the skin feeling soft and balanced rather than tight or stripped.

Question 3

What is the pH of the Dr. Althea Green Relief Amino Gel Cleanser?

Accepted Answer

The formula maintains a mildly acidic pH of 5.0–6.0, which closely matches the skin's natural acid mantle. This pH range preserves barrier function and helps prevent the irritation, dryness, and sensitivity that alkaline cleansers at pH 7+ commonly cause with regular use.

Question 4

Is this cleanser safe for acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the formula uses amino acid and coconut-derived surfactants that cleanse deeply without aggravating breakouts or stripping the barrier that acne-prone skin depends on for healing. It is also free from fragrance and artificial colorants, both common irritants for acne-prone skin types.

Question 5

What is Betula Platyphylla Japonica Juice in this cleanser?

Accepted Answer

Betula Platyphylla Japonica Juice is birch sap harvested from the Asian white birch tree, included at 10,000ppm in this formula. It is naturally rich in amino acids, vitamins B and C, and minerals that hydrate, soothe, and condition the skin surface during the cleansing process.

Question 6

Can I use this cleanser twice daily?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the gentle surfactant system and skin-compatible pH make it suitable for both morning and evening use without over-cleansing or causing cumulative dryness. The hydrating actives inside the formula ensure that moisture levels remain stable with daily double cleansing.

Question 7

How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
