Question 1

1. Is TOCOBO Cica Calming Gel Cream available in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 1ml trial size is available at koreanshopbd.com with Cash on Delivery across Dhaka and all districts nationwide. Contact the team via Facebook or Instagram to confirm current stock before ordering.

Question 2

2. What is fermented Cica and why is it better than regular Centella?

Accepted Answer

Fermented Cica means the Centella Asiatica extract has been processed through fermentation, which breaks down the plant compounds into smaller molecules that absorb faster and penetrate deeper into the skin. The isolated actives — Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, and Madecassic Acid — are included separately to increase the potency of the soothing effect.

Question 3

3. Is this gel cream suitable for oily and acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the pudding gel texture absorbs without any greasy or occlusive finish, and Tea Tree Extract in the formula provides antibacterial and purifying benefits. It is non-comedogenic and does not contribute to congestion with daily use.

Question 4

4. Can I use this after active ingredients like retinol or AHAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this cream is specifically suited as a post-actives moisturiser because Ceramide NP, Panthenol, and Bifida Ferment Lysate all support barrier recovery and reduce the redness that often follows chemical exfoliant or retinol use.

Question 5

5. Is the 1ml size the same formula as the full 75ml product?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the 1ml unit is a trial size containing the exact same formulation as the full-size TOCOBO Cica Calming Gel Cream 75ml. It is designed for those who want to test the texture and formula before purchasing a full jar.

Question 6

6. How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Dhaka orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. All other districts are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with COD available.
